Caffeine Limits Blood Flow To Heart During Exercise
The Journal of the American College of Cardiology reports on a new study showing that caffeine limits blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise. While coffee may not boost athletic performance for short-term exercise, I've seen lots of studies showing that it does enhance performance in endurance sports. In my own experiment of one, it works. The best thing is that getting off the caffeine is so easy that I'm able to quit several times each year!
